Invoice QR Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Invoice QR Studio. By using the app or buying Invoice QR Studio Pro, you agree to these terms.

Service

Invoice QR Studio provides tools to create invoices, manage clients, items, and tax rates, design payment and other QR codes, apply your brand kit, track payment status, and synchronize your data through iCloud. The app is a business productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or payment-processing services, and does not replace professional advice.

Invoice QR Studio Pro

Invoice QR Studio Pro may be offered as monthly and yearly SKUs.

Monthly and yearly SKUs are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Prices, trials, taxes, and availability may vary by region and are shown by the App Store before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases for the current Apple ID.

Your Content

You are responsible for the business profile, clients, items, invoices, logos, and other content you add to Invoice QR Studio. Do not use the app to store or send content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, amounts, tax rates, and payment details you enter, and for meeting any invoicing, tax, and legal requirements that apply to you.

Payments And QR Codes

A payment QR code encodes the payment link or invoice details that you provide. Invoice QR Studio does not process payments, does not receive your customers' payment card details, and is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer. You are responsible for the payment links, bank details, and other information you encode.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the app to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful invoices or QR codes, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.

Availability

Invoice QR Studio is provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for lost or unpaid invoices, incorrect payment details, data loss, indirect damages, or decisions made from the app's features.

Apple Terms

If you purchased through the App Store, Apple's standard purchase, refund, and subscription rules apply. Apple may provide purchase management, cancellation, and refund flows through your Apple ID.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The latest version will be available from the app and from the public Terms of Service URL used for distribution.
