BeforeGo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of BeforeGo. By using the app or buying BeforeGo VIP, you agree to these terms.

Service

BeforeGo provides travel planning tools, destination checklists, widgets, Live Activities, and memory capture features. The app is for personal organization and does not replace official travel, visa, safety, health, airline, or government guidance.

BeforeGo VIP

BeforeGo VIP may be offered as monthly, yearly, or lifetime SKUs.

Monthly and yearly SKUs are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase for this Apple ID.

Prices, trials, taxes, and availability may vary by region and are shown by the App Store before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases for the current Apple ID.

User Content

You are responsible for the trips, notes, photos, audio, and other content you add to BeforeGo. Do not use the app to store content you do not have the right to use.

Travel Responsibility

Checklist suggestions and destination information may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying travel requirements with official sources.

Availability

BeforeGo is provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for travel disruption, missed documents, missed flights, data loss, indirect damages, or decisions made from checklist suggestions.

Apple Terms

If you purchased through the App Store, Apple's standard purchase, refund, and subscription rules apply. Apple may provide purchase management, cancellation, and refund flows through your Apple ID.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The latest version should be available from the app and from the public Terms of Use URL used for distribution.
