Clients, items and tax rates are saved and reused, and you can add discounts, shipping, payment methods and your own reusable terms — then sign it by hand, drawn on the iPhone.

Get paid with a scan

Every invoice can carry a payment QR code your client scans to pay. Status is visible at a glance — paid, unpaid, partial, overdue — and recording a payment keeps the outstanding balance exact. Sales reports show income by month, your top clients, and what is still owed.

Set your logo, brand colour and fonts one time. Invoices, templates and QR designs pick them up automatically.

A QR code studio, included

Twelve kinds of code — link, Wi-Fi, contact card, email, phone, SMS, chat, location, calendar, text, payment and invoice — with 16 ready-made designs. Contrast and quiet zone are checked as you design, so the result actually scans, and it exports as an image you can share, print or stand on a counter.

Private, and in sync

Invoices, clients and QR codes sync through your own iCloud, so a new iPhone already has your work. Recently Deleted holds invoices for 30 days. There is no account and no sign-up, it works offline, and it speaks 11 languages in both light and dark appearance.

Is there an invoice app for iPhone that works without creating an account?

Yes. Invoice Maker: Estimate & QR has no account and no sign-up, and it works offline. Invoices, clients and QR codes sync through your own iCloud if you want them on more than one device.

How many invoices can I send for free?

Three documents a month. The count moves when a document is created, not when you send it, and estimates and quotes draw on the same monthly allowance as invoices. A document you have already created is only counted once, so editing it or sending it again later in the month is free.

Can a client pay directly from the invoice?

Yes. Every invoice can carry a payment QR code the client scans to pay. You then record the payment in the app, and the invoice moves between unpaid, partial, paid and overdue.

Can I turn an estimate or quote into an invoice?

Yes, in one tap. Clients, line items and tax rates are saved once and reused, and you can add discounts, shipping, payment methods and reusable terms.

Does it make QR codes for anything other than payment?

What does Pro cost, and is there a trial?

Pro is a subscription, and the exact price for your region is shown on the subscription screen before you confirm anything. It starts with a 3-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

How do I cancel?

Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Invoice Maker, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and cancelling never deletes an invoice — you return to the free tier with everything you made still there.

I paid but the app still shows Free

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases, and check you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with your Apple Account region and roughly when you bought it.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will try to fix it.

Does the payment QR code process the payment?

No. The code carries your own payment link or details, so the client scans it and pays through their own banking or payment app. Invoice Maker never touches the money and takes no cut.

What languages does it speak?

Eleven. It follows your device language on first launch.
